How does customs clearance work?

Customs clearance in India follows a fixed sequence. Here is how we take an import shipment from documents to delivery.

  1. Share your shipment details and documents by email or WhatsApp.
  2. Document check: we review the invoice, packing list, HS code and any licences, and flag problems before the cargo arrives.
  3. Quotation: you receive an itemised quote covering clearance, CFS, transport and other charges.
  4. Filing:The Bill of Entry is prepared, coordinated, and filed electronically through ICEGATE as part of our end-to-end customs clearance process.
  5. Assessment and duty: customs assesses the declaration and you pay the duty online.
  6. Examination, if selected: we attend and coordinate the examination at the CFS.
  7. Release and delivery: after out of charge we collect the delivery order and deliver to your door.
